MASAR, the Arabic word for “Pathway,” is Chevening Youth Hub's integrated, non-profit, community-focused empowerment programme. It supports young people from conflict-affected and fragile contexts through personalised guidance, structured internships, and knowledge exchange, helping them strengthen their leadership potential, enhance their professional readiness, and create meaningful impact within their communities.
Provides personalised guidance to help young people pursue their academic, professional, and leadership aspirations, including understanding and applying for the Chevening Scholarship, strengthening their applications, preparing for interviews, and building confidence throughout their journey.
Provides structured practical experience through real projects, professional supervision, and meaningful responsibilities, enabling participants to develop workplace skills, strengthen their professional readiness, and apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
Expands access to trusted and practical knowledge through specialised sessions, workshops, and knowledge-exchange activities led by Chevening scholars, alumni, professionals, and experts.

As the Hub grows, we aim to responsibly expand our reach to other fragile and conflict-affected contexts where young people face barriers to education, opportunity and participation.
