Anwar is an education and leadership specialist with over a decade of experience designing learning programmes and youth initiatives across the MENA region. He founded Chevening Youth Hub to expand access to leadership, education, and meaningful opportunities for young people in fragile and conflict-affected contexts.
Strategic Director
Sameer is a business strategy and organisational development specialist with extensive experience in strategic planning, partnerships, and institutional growth. He leads the Hub's strategic direction, helping shape sustainable initiatives that expand impact and strengthen long-term organisational development.
Strategic Adviser
Dr Ahmed is a marketing and strategy academic whose research focuses on innovation, customer experience, and organisational performance. He provides strategic advice that supports evidence-informed decision-making and strengthens the Hub's long-term development.
Policy Adviser
Mustafa is a humanitarian policy specialist with extensive experience in international development, education, and crisis response. He provides policy guidance that supports the Hub's strategic direction and strengthens its work across fragile and conflict-affected contexts.

Outreach & Partnerships Officer
Ibtihal supports the Hub's regional outreach and partnership-building efforts, helping strengthen connections with young people, institutions, and community partners. She contributes to expanding collaboration and creating pathways that increase access to educational and leadership opportunities across the region.
Assistant Education Director
Moullay is passionate about education, leadership, and youth development. He supports the Hub's educational programmes, contributes to knowledge-sharing initiatives, and helps strengthen learning opportunities for young people across the region.
Project Coordinator
Mariam combines experience in project coordination, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems with a strong commitment to youth development. She supports programmes that encourage innovation, collaboration, and sustainable social impact.
Communications & Media Coordinator
Tariq supports the Hub's communications and media activities through content creation, digital engagement, and storytelling. He contributes to promoting the Hub's programmes and connecting more young people with educational and leadership opportunities.
